Our commitment

We want everyone to enjoy and purchase art from our website. We are working to make caseyart.com.au accessible and usable for as many people as possible, following the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2, Level AA as our target.

What we’re doing

We design, build, and review our site with accessibility in mind. Our ongoing actions include:

  • Using clear structure and headings to organize content.

  • Providing text alternatives (alt text) for meaningful images (artworks, banners).

  • Ensuring sufficient color contrast and readable text sizes.

  • Keeping site functions available by keyboard (no mouse needed).

  • Writing descriptive link text (e.g., “Buy Print Now” rather than “Click here”).

  • Labeling forms properly and minimising required fields.

  • Testing with screen readers (e.g., VoiceOver/NVDA) and automated tools (e.g., built-in Wix checks/Lighthouse).

  • Avoiding content that flashes or moves unexpectedly.

  • Providing captions or transcripts for any audiovisual content we publish.

Conformance status

Parts of the site already conform to WCAG 2.2 Level AA, and other areas are being improved as we add new content and features. If you encounter an accessibility barrier, please tell us — we’ll fix it as a priority.

Known limitations & third-party services

Some elements are provided by third parties and may not be fully under our control:

  • Wix platform components (templates, widgets, forms)

  • Printify product/fulfilment widgets and mockups

  • Payment gateways (Stripe/Wix Payments)

  • Embedded content (e.g., social media, maps, video)

Where a third-party element creates a barrier, we’ll work to provide an accessible alternative (e.g., email order support, alternate product info).

Technical compatibility

The site is intended to work with:

  • Current versions of Chrome, Safari, Firefox, and Edge

  • iOS and Android mobile browsers

  • Browser zoom/text sizing to 200% without loss of content or functionality

Older browsers or assistive technologies may have limited support.
